Sensitive, rapid and precise an isocratic RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of Amoxicillin trihydrate (AMO), Pantoprazole Sodium (PAN) and Clarithromycin (CLA) in bulk powder and pharmaceutical formulation. A mixture of Methanol: Buffer (Ammonium acetate) (70:30 v/v, pH 4) was used as a mobile phase. The stationary phase used was HiQsil C18HS (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm) analytical column. The flow rate was 1 ml/min and the detection was set at 240.2 nm. The method was linear in the range of 5-25 μg/ml for AMO, PAN and CLA respectively. The selectivity of the proposed method was checked using laboratory prepared mixtures. The validated method was successfully applied to the analysis of AMO, PAN and CLA in mixture and in their pharmaceutical dosage form without interference from other additives.
